OMG!
this article is the exact reason why people who know nothing about nutrition should just take a big glass of shut the heck up!
I am not sure what makes this doctor an expert on vitamin C but man it’s probably one of the most profoundly worst articles I’ve ever read! And here’s the kicker do you know if you put vitamin C in sunlight it renders it essentially useless? I bet you he doesn’t know this either and they have a nice picture of chewable vitamin C‘s on the cover.
Forrest Gump could’ve written a better article.
