Why do calluses form?
​As we are getting our feet sandal-ready, we need to look at calluses as more than just hard skin—they are often "maps" or messages from your body! 🗺️✨

Looking at exactly where a callus occurs, we can trace it back to a corresponding area in the body.
For example:
• Under the Big Toe: Might relate to the neck reflex.
• The Ball of the Foot: Often corresponds to the lung or bronchii/throat reflex.
• The Heel: Can sometimes indicate a pelvis imbalance.
• The Outer Edge: Could be linked to the bladder or kidney meridian.

​Common problems on the soles, like corns and calluses, often appear on reflexes that are "weak" or under stress.

As we use our Scrubs to smooth the skin, a reflexology session helps us address the root of the tension by restoring balance to those internal systems. 🌿⚖️
