A Discharge Day to Celebrate!

Meet G.G. Sturgeon, who recently completed his rehabilitation journey at The Medical Center at Caverna after spending two months in the hospital. After all of his hard work and determination, the time came to head home, and we couldn't be more proud of him.

In G.G.'s own words: "I couldn't have asked for a better place."

We are so grateful to have been a part of your recovery, G.G.! A huge congratulations to him, and a special shoutout to Jeana Withers, PT, and Bryce Wahl, OT, for their dedication and compassionate care throughout his journey.

🩷 Valentine's fun in Pediatric Therapy! 🩷

At our pediatric clinic located inside The Medical Center in Bowling Green, twin sisters Amarah and Amaiah celebrated Valentine's Day with a special heart craft during Occupational Therapy with Ms. Loren, OTR/L.

While creating their Valentine's, they practiced important skills like cutting, coloring, folding, and following directions. Activities like this can help build skills in strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and independence, all while having fun and being creative.

We love finding playful ways to help our patients learn, grow, and reach their goals.

❤️ Go Red for Women's Heart Health ❤️

On Friday, February 6th, our Physical Rehabilitation team wore red to recognize Heart Health Month and bring special awareness to Women's Heart Health.

Heart health matters at every age. Heart disease affects millions of women, but many risk factors can be improved with small, healthy, choices. Staying active, eating heart-healthy foods, managing stress, and getting enough rest can all support a healthy heart. Regular checkups are also an important part of prevention.

We're proud to stand together, wear red, and help spread awareness for women's heart health in our community. Taking care of your heart today can help support a healthier tomorrow.
