We took a sweet trip to Larry’s Ice Cream Shop and enjoyed cool treats and great company! 🍦😊 It was the perfect way to enjoy the day and share a few laughs.

For our July , we’d like you to meet Ernie!

Ernie is a kind-hearted gentleman whose quiet presence speaks volumes. Though he’s a man of few words, every word he shares carries warmth, encouragement, and positivity. His gentle demeanor and sincere spirit make him a joy to be around.

One thing he loves about living at The Barclay is:
“Everyone has been so nice to me, and they respect my privacy. I enjoy the live music, and most importantly, social hour—especially when we have a nice spread with such great cheese.”

If he could give one piece of advice, it would be:
“Always try to be kind and respectful to others. You never know what can happen in the future.”

Fun Fact: Ernie is a proud Korean War veteran—and he had a pet raccoon for many years!

Ernie has brought so much life to The Barclay, and we’re so lucky to have him!

We spent the afternoon enjoying a Soulful Social with live music by Garth Bright 🎤🎶. The music, energy, and smiles made it a fantastic time for all!
