For our April , we would like to recognize Lydian!

Lydian’s journey with us is a true reflection of dedication, growth, and compassion. She has been with The Barclay at Boynton Beach for several years and has become a vital part of our community.

Lydian is one of our full-time nurses here at The Barclay. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. She began her career as a receptionist, serving as a welcoming face on our concierge team. From there, she transitioned into an Activity Assistant role while pursuing her nursing degree, balancing her responsibilities with grace and determination. Today, she brings positivity wherever she goes, always greeting residents, families, and team members with a smile and often a laugh. Her kindness and genuine care do not go unnoticed, as residents and families frequently share wonderful feedback about their experiences with her.

Thank you, Lydian, for all that you do. Congratulations!

We explored Wakodahatchee Green Cay Nature Center and enjoyed a day surrounded by lush wetlands and amazing wildlife. The trails, boardwalks, and sightings of birds and turtles made for a peaceful and refreshing outing. 🌿🦆
