Tonight I told Scott…. 
it’s must easier to STAY fit than it is to GET fit. 
He explained how motivated he was when he first started his own fitness journey, coincidentally, just a few months ago right before we met. sometime he doesn’t feel motivated now, it’s just a part of his life. It’s a healthy habit. It’s his new normal.
Now, that I can relate to. At home fitness has completely changed my life. I’ve made it a part of my lifestyle to compliment the life I want to live and the future I want to have.
I still think it’s hard for him to even imagine me at 220lbs. but, I can remember that girl very clearly. She lives so deep inside my souls and I know if I’m not vigilant about continuing to make my fitness a priority I’ll be sure to risk living in that body again.
It is easy to STAY fit or GET fit? Nope. It is worth it? ABSOLUTELY.
Since we’ve met he’s dropped 30 lbs., eats a variety of fruits and veggies, drinks a shake errrry single day, and has a new motivation to continue to live the heathiesy life he can.
For him, for me, for us, for our future.
