We’re excited to share Dr. Dodson’s recent appearance on the BackTable ENT Podcast, where he joins Allegra Bereszniewicz, SLP, to discuss an important and often misunderstood topic:

👉 Can tongue tie affect breathing and sleep in children?

In this episode, they explore how tongue tie may play a role in airway development and sleep-disordered breathing, including pediatric obstructive sleep apnea. The conversation walks through how tongue tie is evaluated, when treatment may be helpful, and why a team-based approach between ENT specialists and speech-language pathologists matters.

Whether you’re a parent with questions, an adult wondering about tongue tie, or someone interested in understanding how the tongue and airway work together, this episode offers clear, evidence-based insight.

🎧 Worth a listen if you’re curious about sleep, breathing, and airway health.

🌍 September = World Sinus Health Awareness Month ( )!

Fun fact: your sinuses aren’t just “empty spaces.” They help lighten your skull, make your voice sound richer, and even filter & humidify the air you breathe. Pretty cool, right?

When sinuses get inflamed or blocked, it can affect how you breathe, sleep, and feel every day. That’s where we come in.

At Bridger ENT, Dr. Dodson and our amazing team — including Blythe Lindsay, PA-C — provide compassionate, state-of-the-art care for both kids and adults. Since 2006, our mission has been simple: treat every patient the way we’d want to be treated. 💙

Can’t hear the wind in the trees? It might be earwax. 🍂👂

Earwax (cerumen) is completely normal—and believe it or not, it’s your body’s way of protecting your ears! But when it builds up too much, it can lead to muffled hearing, ringing, pressure, or discomfort.

That’s where we come in.

At Bridger Ear, Nose & Throat, we don’t use ear lavage or flushing, which can often push wax deeper into the canal or irritate the eardrum. Instead, our trained ENT specialists can use precise tools, suction and a microscope to safely remove earwax. This is a delicate procedure that requires skill and expertise—we see exactly what we’re doing to protect your ear canal and eardrum while relieving your symptoms.

If your ears feel full, your hearing is off, or you just want peace of mind, we’re here to help.

📍 Locally owned. Professionally trusted. Bridger ENT—committed to your ENT health, right here in the heart of Montana.
