I’m Brooke Bjorge, Mom, Registered Dietitian and founder of Grit Sports Nutrition—helping you dial in fueling and hydration for stronger training, better energy, and race-day results. I have a BS & MS in Nutrition, and have been coaching athletes for over 8 years. I offer customized nutrition coaching & sweat testing for endurance athletes like swimmers, cyclists, runners, triathletes, skiers, climbers as well as individual and team sport athletes. Specific offerings include: diet assessment, specialized meal plan guidelines that stabilize blood sugar and encourage the body to burn fat, training/racing fuel plans and sweat sodium concentration testing.

I became a dietitian for this girl - the younger version of me who believed her weight defined her.

Who thought her worth was measured by a dress size.

Who tried to gain control of her life by restricting what she ate.

Who lost sight of what healthy and athletic truly looks like.

She did the best she could with the tools she had at the time. And she made a vow—to help other women and men like her.

To show them the difference between barely fueling and truly fueling—for their sport, their health, their life.

My role as a dietitian isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. It gives me purpose. It fulfills me to walk alongside others as they redefine their relationship with food and their bodies.

They say that once you’ve experienced disordered eating, it’s always a part of you. I agree—but it doesn’t have to be a weakness. It can be a powerful lesson that shapes the life you choose moving forward. A life where food doesn’t define you—it supports you. Fuels you. Empowers you to become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.

Hi! 👋 With lots of new faces here, I wanted to reintroduce myself.

I’m Brooke Bjorge, and I’ve been supporting endurance athletes with nutrition and hydration strategies since 2012. I’m a runner and triathlete myself, and I live for epic endurance adventures.

For the past 15 years, I’ve primarily worked 1:1 with athletes, helping them fuel smarter, train stronger, and perform better. Now, I’m excited to expand my offerings.

I’ve launched new tiers of nutrition coaching designed to better serve my athletes and meet a wide range of learning styles, budgets, and support needs.
