I truly do not believe there is a "wrong" way do use Gua Sha. If it feels good, go for it!

That being said, setting an intention and understanding how the Gua Sha process works will accelerate your results and maximize the rewards of your efforts.

✨️Prior to your ritual, Set an intention on what level of pressure you want to use

✨️Use your intuition ~ If the intention shifts throughout the ritual, lean into what your body is craving and modify accordingly!
