The answer is possibly all of them! But, at what cost? Hair loss, constipation, bloating, heartburn, binge eating, food fixation, acne, fatigue, brain fog, headaches, etc. Even vegan/vegetarian diets can fail if whole foods ( minimally processed) are not included.
The best diet to lose weight is one that will promote “healthy” weight loss and is sustainable. For instance, one of them is the Mediterranean.
