For Sarah, Centering was more than just prenatal care, it was a chance to connect, share experiences and build a community with other expecting mothers.

Centering group prenatal care follows the recommended schedule of 10 prenatal visits, but with extended appointmetns that allow patients more time with their provider, plus opportunities to participate in guided discussions and interactive activities focused on important health topics throughout pregnancy.

Hear more from Progam Coordinator Elizabeth about the benefits of this unique approach to prenatal care.
