Katalyst Holistic Bodywork and Wellness Creating personalized wellness treatments that empower your holistic health journey I was born and raised here in Bozeman with a long family history in Montana.

After years of traveling I found my love for holistic medicine and wanted to offer that into my community. I find nature and traditional medicine to be one of the most potent healing tools. I was first introduced to the subtle healing realms of energy medicine after receiving my first Reiki attunement. From there I came to revere the energy in everything. Our food, the plants, our thoughts and wor

ds, and the systems engrained in our bodies. My main areas of interest became nutrition, herbalism, spiritual guidance, yoga therapy, and massage. I deemed it most important in my practice that I had tools to address all areas of my clients needs, especially in helping them find a spiritual connection with themselves and the planet. I opened my own practice in 2019. Since then I've become a mother. I love exploring all the beautiful places that Montana and the world has to offer. I have a passion for knowledge and travel. My hobbies include yoga, hiking, educational pursuits in holistic health, performing arts, and raising my 2 children.

My now has it's own name! will not only encompass my , but also my , , and

is not only my favorite herb to work with, but energetically it is an herb of attraction, love, and abundance. It's Latin name "Melissa" originally translates as "bee", an important pollinator and representing the sweetness of life around us. As the saying goes, "make lemonade!"

My new finished space will be open for consultations. Until then you can find my products at local markets, and events!

Spring is almost over! But I've still got those refreshing specials to leave behind the winter muck. Special botanicals and treatments, including the very limited: Cottonwood Salve 🌿

This is my favorite spring remedy to wildcraft from the rivers of Montana. Not only is it cleansing and lymphatic moving, it eases muscle tension and pain.

Choose a single treatment or spoil yourself with a spa day.

Aerial yoga is great for all levels, even with no aerial experience. I have discovered that the support of the hammock helps to deepen some of the more challenging poses. For now we will be starting with 4 week series. There are only 6 spots per class so pre registration is required.

Benefits of aerial yoga:
-improved circulation, flexibility, strength, digestion, lymphatic flow, cognitive function, and energy
-spinal decompression
-increase function of lungs and internal systems
-activation of the playful state of being

I look forward to seeing your practice fly!

While holidays can be a magical time for many of us it can also bring heavy emotions and financial struggles. As a single mother myself I understand the challenges of providing for a family, as well as trying to give as much holiday spirit as possible. For this reason I am offering some discounted clinic days at my studio. You can book any of my services during these dates. My hope is to offer my community a little time of ease and peace, and make myself more available to lower incomes. You can book for yourself or a friend in need.

I'm so excited to be working in a space where I get to share my herbal knowledge and natural living practices. Join me next Wed for an evening of crafting, wellness, and self care ritual. I love bath bombs, but there are so many that are filled with chemicals, dyes, and frangrances. Your skin is the most sensitive organ in the body, and baths are a great way to take in healing properties.
In this class you'll get to make some to keep or give away. I'll be providing mocktails and teaching you about beneficial herbs and oils to promote total wellness for the season.

Limited spaces so please call to reserve ✨️

It's been some time since I've shared a selfie. For those who are new to my pages: Hi I'm Kat 💛

I'm a born and raised Montanan. I love knowledge especially in the realms of the esoteric, healing arts, and traditional medicines. I hope to spend my life learning from nature and the world, as well as my own life experience.

Where I find most passion, is sharing this knowledge with others so that they too can find what they love. I specialize in Integrative body work, herbalism for individual and family health, somatic healing, spiritual counseling incorporating astrology and tarot, nutrition as self love and healing, and yoga therapy.

I dance, sing, travel, and I am a yoga practioner and mother.

In this current cycle the message of and speaking with conviction has been the theme for my personal and professional worlds. It's been a year of initiation and shadow confrontation. For what purpose is yet to unfold. But deep wound healing prepares for the next great leap. It's a slow unwinding, yet one thing always remains strong is my desire to connect and share in hopes that I may have influence on another's personal journey in a positive way.

So here I am ready to see what lies ahead. ✨️

The Spark

When I started high school my mother was diagnosed with her first round of breast cancer. For four years I watched her fight the disease, and win, through dietary changes and a homeopathic doctor. We had lost my aunt through radiation treatment some years ago, so my mother was pretty adverse to the western medicine practice. This lead me to make my own changes in my lifestyle, since the common fear with the public is that cancer is genetic. But I knew I was unhealthy. Soda, junk food, pretty much no vegetables. I didn’t know how sick I really was until I tried something new. I went plant based, drank more water, and started going to yoga. These simple lifestyle upgrades shifted the whole trajectory of my life. My friends, my passions, my experience. I have no idea where my life would be had I never moved into the awareness of self care.

When I was 20 my mother’s cancer came back with a vengeance. Tumors had spread all across her spine and the only option to save her was radiation treatment. This time I watched my mother become almost like a co**se. She was smaller than me and could hardly keep any food down. It was almost a year before she really felt recovered. But she would spend the rest of her life on pain medication after the radiation destroyed her spine. Her treatment forced her into early retirement, and became a dependent of the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

I always had a hard relationship with my mother, but I hated to see her suffering. I tried to offer her insight into different modalities that could help her heal and keep moving forward. But it was only 2 years later when the disease moved into her blood and began attacking vital organs. Her doctors wanted to put her into chemotherapy. After all of she endured and what I knew of the treatment, I voiced how I knew the treatment would be the total destruction of her immune system. I researched other treatment centers. I felt there had to be something better. Something that my mom had never thought to try. I found a facility in Arizona that focused on a holistic approach. Not only was the disease treated, but the true cause was sought out in each patient. They would alter the patients diet, have them practice physical therapy such as yoga, and regularly visit a therapist to deal with any unprocessed psychological issues they may have had. It was what my mother had been missing. She was so focused on the disease that she never had the chance to look at herself, to experience her life anymore. I showed this to her in hopes that she would have a new chance. But she had already made her mind up and began chemo shortly after.

I realized that I had this deep calling to be of service to people. But how? My first step towards my new path was getting my attunements in Usui Holy Fire Reiki. I practiced on myself and friends, and I fell in love with having the ability to help heal people. But I was also in love with dance and performance. My belief is that stagnancy begins to cause aging and illness. So how could I integrate this into helping people? I perfectly stumbled upon getting my certification as an EHT (Elemental Hoopdance Teacher), which focused on healing through somatics.
