Cynthia Smith is a Physical Therapy Aide and Chiropractic Assistant who has been with the MT Team for the past year, bringing over three years of experience in working alongside physical therapists. She holds a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health from Lewis-Clark State College and plays a key role in supporting patient care, exercise implementation, scheduling, and specialized treatments like DRX and shockwave therapy.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, and hunting, and loves spending time with her family and dogs.

We are proud to introduce Dawson Fowler. Dawson is in the final stretch of the Doctor of Chiropractic program through Northwestern Health Sciences University and is currently treating patients as a Chiropractic Intern with us here at Montana Team Chiropractic.

Originally from Belgrade, Montana, Dawson is no stranger to our office—he previously worked here helping out with several roles before beginning chiropractic school, and we are excited to welcome him back in this new role.

During your visit, you may meet or even receive treatment from Dawson as he actively integrates and continues to grow his hands-on skills under Dr. Flohr’s guidance.

Dawson has completed thorough training and has demonstrated that he can safely and skillfully assist with patient care under supervision. As he approaches his graduation in Spring of 2026, he is actively finishing his final clinic rotation at our practice. We are very excited to have Dawson with us.

Emily joined our team in September 2024 as a Chiropractic Assistant. She primarily works for Dr. Flohr as his assistant, bringing a wealth of knowledge with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida. She is also trained in administering shockwave therapy.

Emily is exploring future educational opportunities and is enthusiastic about remaining in the healthcare field.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, going on hikes, and spending time with friends.
