Life can be overwhelming. Regular everyday life is one thing, but when you add in attending meetings, keeping up with sponsorship and recovery commitments, and doing deep introspective work, it can become downright exhausting!
It is okay to take a break! Some helpful tools for doing that include meditating, going for a long walk to get fresh air and Vitamin D, writing, or practicing yoga to stretch both the body and the mind. These self-care practices are just as important as crossing daily tasks off your to-do list.đđď¸
