I’ve been battling a cold and it’s been a real eye-opener about the importance of taking a break. 😷✨

Would you agree that the idea of taking a break can often feel like a luxury you can't afford?

We're constantly bombarded ... deadlines, to-do lists, and the relentless pressure to keep pushing forward.

But let me tell you, as someone who has worked with countless clients struggling with stress, anxiety, and burnout, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that taking a break can have.
