We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or simply no show, you will be charged the full session amount and no refunds will be given.

It is unfair not only to our staff who plans around your appointment, but to other clients who are unable to take the time slot(s) you reserved.
