So I have started another yoga venture. I am currently the proud employee of The Fit Factory in Lebanon, Kentucky. I am doing yoga classes there every Wednesday morning at 10:00 EST. Of course there won't be anymore classes until January 8, 2025. Come and join us. The class has 14 members and we have room for more.

Tomorrow at 10am I will be teaching chair yoga to anyone interested at St. Bernard Church Fellowship hall. Come as you are, I provide straps and chairs. This lovely yoga sequence will move your body in many directions while it moves the lymph as well. You will also have a few minutes of mindfulness at the end that can calm and enliven your body. Hope to see you there.

The cycle of our year turns again today as we celebrate the first day of fall. Time to wind down to see where we have been and to look at where we are going. The leaves are falling and we like the trees let go of what does not serve us. Release and let go.....
Tomorrow at Casey County Library there were will a free to the public Chair yoga class at 10am. Must be 18 to attend. Come and join us as we move, clear out, heal, balance and wind down.

Today is my first post for my Yoga business called Here with Me Yoga. I recently completed my 300 hour training at Yoga Baum in Louisville. This is in addition to my 200 hour training at Lexington Healing Arts in Lexington. I am passionate about yoga and its healing benefits. I teach an all levels mat class at Dunnville Christian Church on Monday nights at 6pm. I also teach chair yoga at the Casey County Library the 4th Monday of the month at 10am. I teach chair yoga at St. Bernards Catholic Church the second Monday of the month at 10am. You can message for private sessions which is how I started right after I finished chemo.
