Did you know we have (ethically sourced) sage sticks in the store for a limited time?

These can be great tools during sick season, as studies show sage smoke can help clear microbes and bacteria from the air.

At home, when we are sick, I crack some windows and burn sage to "clear the air" to refresh our space.

Tea of the week ✨
Blueberry Ginger Tulsi 🫐 🫚 🌿

🌿 Tulsi (Holy Basil) has a long history in Ayurvedic tradition as an adaptogenic herb. It’s known for supporting a balanced stress response, steady energy, and a calm, focused mind.

🔥 Ginger is warming and stimulating. Traditionally used to support healthy digestion, circulation, and overall vitality. It helps move things along when you feel sluggish and adds a comforting heat that pairs beautifully with cooler seasons… or cold constitutions.

We also have a fresh batch of elderberry syrup that may be our last of the season. We have an exhausting respiratory virus going around that elderberry syrup can be a huge help for - preventatively and acutely.

Golden Milk is back on the shelf and it is glowing ✨🥛🌿

If your body feels inflamed, tight, or just wound up by the end of the day… this is the stuff you want in your cup.

Our blend is turmeric heavy on purpose:
🌿 Turmeric
🤎 Ceylon cinnamon
🔥 Ginger
✨ Cardamom
⚫ Black pepper

Turmeric is traditionally used to support a healthy inflammatory response and joint comfort. It’s warming, grounding, and deeply supportive over time.

Ginger + cinnamon keep circulation moving and digestion steady.

Cardamom makes it feel cozy instead of medicinal.

Black pepper is there intentionally to help your body actually utilize the turmeric.

Here’s another important part 👇
Turmeric is fat soluble.
That means you want FULL FAT milk for best absorption.
🥛 Whole dairy milk
🥥 Full fat coconut milk
Not skim. Not watery almond milk. Give it some richness so your body can actually use what you’re drinking.
How I make it at home:
• 2 teaspoon of golden milk blend in a big mug of warm, full fat milk
• Whisk well
• Add real maple syrup 🍁

Maple turns it into a sweet, spiced treat instead of a chore that you'll want to keep sipping on.

This is beautiful for:
• Evening unwinding 🌙
• Post workout stiffness 💪
• Cold weather aches ❄️
• Building a calming night ritual

Wild Cherry Wellness Brew is steeping in the apothecary this week 🍒🌿

This one is fruity but not fluffy! It’s a mineral rich, deep red, actually-does-something kind of tea.

Made with black cherry, elderberries, strawberry leaf, nettle, and lemongrass.

Here’s why I blended it this way:

🍒 Black cherry and elderberry for seasonal immune support and that rich antioxidant backbone.

🌿 Nettle and strawberry leaf for mineral nourishment. Think iron support, gentle tissue toning, steady rebuilding.

🍋 Lemongrass for digestive ease and a little lift so it doesn’t sit heavy.

We’ve got it hot in the shop, ready to drink all week til 5:30 🌿

Dandelion Coffee is back on the shelves ☕🌿

If you love the ritual of coffee but your nervous system does not… this is your bff

Made with roasted chicory root, roasted dandelion root, and a touch of carob powder for that deep, slightly chocolatey finish.

It’s dark. It’s rich. It’s roasty.
It scratches the “morning mug” itch without the caffeine rollercoaster.

Here’s what’s happening in the cup:

🌿 Roasted dandelion root for liver and digestive support. Bitter, grounding, and steady.

🌱 Roasted chicory root for gut support and that classic coffee-like backbone.

🍫 Carob powder to round it out and soften the edges so it doesn’t taste like you’re chewing on the plants in your backyard.

It brews very similar to coffee, but here’s how I recommend preparing it:

• 1–2 tablespoons per 8–10 oz water

• Simmer gently on the stovetop for 10–15 minutes for a fuller body

• Or steep covered for at least 10 minutes if you’re short on time

Strain and drink black, or add cream, maple, honey, whatever makes it feel like your perfect morning.

You can even run it through a French press, which is our preferred method!

It’s especially great for people who:
• Get jittery with caffeine
• Crash at 2pm
• Want digestive support built into their routine
• Or just want a cozy alternative in the evenings
