Forgot to post the final day 2 update so combining day 2 and the first half of day 3.

Yesterday was pretty productive, had a lot going on.

Ate a breakfast sandwich for breakfast, ate a pasta salad and a Penne with chicken pasta for lunch, followed by steak for dinner. I ended up overendulging for dinner, so I need to learn to control my cravings better.

This morning I forgot to eat breakfast, and had a bacon& chicken Caesar salad with some sparkling grape juice. I plan to meal prep some chicken this evening for the rest of the week.

Day 2 begins! Slow start to the day, may have stayed up later than I should have haha.

Anyways, getting Savannah ready for school and myself ready for work then off to crush this day! We'll be doing a workout everyday, intensity will vary by day as I'm not trying to burn myself out but want to keep working my body.

Hey Everyone, Ryan here! Thanks for joining in on this journey! My goal is to give daily updates on my progress, describing how I feel, what I did etc. My hope is to lose at least 50 pounds and mainly to feel better about myself.

I'm also hoping to inspire others who may be having a hard time with their self confidence.
