Forgot to post the final day 2 update so combining day 2 and the first half of day 3.
Yesterday was pretty productive, had a lot going on.
Ate a breakfast sandwich for breakfast, ate a pasta salad and a Penne with chicken pasta for lunch, followed by steak for dinner. I ended up overendulging for dinner, so I need to learn to control my cravings better.
This morning I forgot to eat breakfast, and had a bacon& chicken Caesar salad with some sparkling grape juice. I plan to meal prep some chicken this evening for the rest of the week.
