So many people come into therapy thinking they need to be “better,” more put together, or less messy before they’re allowed support.

But that’s not how this works.

You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.

Lilyanna is now offering therapy sessions at a reduced rate of $40 per session, beginning April 13.
