No experience with writing or somatic yoga is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to engage in a new creative process.

~Poetry for non-poets
~Creative writing for curious minds
No pressure. No performance. Just space to reflect, express, and discover.
Facilitators will remain after the session for open discussion and optional sharing. Along with your yoga mat, bring your favorite writing implement and a notebook or paper.

Thursday Jan. 8th at 10:30am,
I will be teaching chair yoga with weights. This is a slow class so use the resistance to help maintain muscle while enjoying a seated yoga flow.

Winter Solstice is around the corner and I had a great conversation with a client the other day. I was explaining to them that the Winter Solstice in particular is the darkest day of the year. After that day, we begin our journey of getting closer back to the sun again. And they said, “So, then things start to get brighter from there…”
Yes.
Just Yes.
We don’t always feel it. We don’t always see it. But it just gets brighter after the darkest day. You just have to begin. You just have to ease into it. It’s really okay to start over in order to get closer to the sun.

A few announcements this week:
I really want to thank everyone who participated in the Gather for Cause Event and Food Drive. It warms my heart that we raised an amazing amount of money to feed those who are struggling. But I really want to thank everyone who participated in the Food Drive. Wow! 3 large boxes of food and supplies. The last box weighed 110lbs!! And thank you to for partnering with Lori and I and also helping me drop everything off. I feel blessed to have such a great community.
