The weather is weathering. I know that you are probably hearing a lot “Spring Into Action!” . And there most certainly is something to that! Yes, you should be doing the thing that is going to benefit you. But also, pollen.
So. Much. Pollen.
So, I am going to be focusing on tapping into how we feel physically this week. I am going to be giving alternative asana this week so that if your body is just NOT feeling that posture, you have options! Because… pollen makes us feel gross. And this is not a competition. It’s self care.
