August 30th is National Grief Awareness Day. We would like to spotlight a local NJ non-profit organization, Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss. Imagine is a grief support center for children, young adults and families dealing with the death of a parent, sibling or child. Their mission is to transform grief & loss into RESILIENCE, EMPATHY & COMPASSION. They provide free peer grief support year-round and grief-informed trainings. Tri County CMO has worked closely with Imagine by receiving grief training as well as our own grief support when we have lost beloved coworkers and youth.
