Life Lessons with Jasmine Inspired by my personal experiences, Im passionate about healing & assisting others on their journey. Shortly after, I began working towards my Ph.D.

Mental Health Therapist bringing more than 10 years of experience in counseling individuals of various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and the correction population. The settings include Community Mental Health, short-term inpatient treatment, extensive outpatient services(MYPAC), and residential and prison setting. I obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts in Community Health Science & Family Studies, with a concentration area in Psychology in 2012 from The University of Southern Mississippi, Master of Counseling & Psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2015. I later continued my education at Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. in Healthcare Administration. While obtaining my Master's Degree I was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Upon graduating, I have worked as a Community Support Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, Qualified Behavioral Health Professional, Mental Health Therapist and Mental Health Life Coach. I have served in children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the following areas:

I'm a Certified Mental Health Instructor, Life Coach-Mental Health, Certified Professional Relationship Counseling Cand Certified Pre-Screening Psych Evaluator and CPR. I'm a member of Zeta Phi Beta Inc., via Rho Iota Zeta graduate chapter in Mendenhall, MS. My passion for helping others began early on in life. At the time, I was unsure of “how’ I would achieve this, but knew early on it was my calling to help others. I feel that my first-hand experiences of my own traumas throughout my life has been my motivation. I believes that you “grow through whatever you go through.” I'm very passionate about healing and self-care. My motto is: “If you love what you do, you won’t work a day in your life.”
