Let’s put this myth to rest.

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements available… and for healthy individuals, there is no evidence that it damages kidney function.

Seeing elevated creatinine on lab work does NOT automatically mean creatine is harming your kidneys.

Creatinine is a normal byproduct of muscle metabolism. If you supplement with creatine, train hard, carry more muscle, or show up dehydrated to labs… numbers can shift.

That’s why context matters.

✔️ Hydration status
✔️ Training volume
✔️ Overall kidney health
