Still feeling tired even though you’re eating clean?

I know it’s frustrating, but it usually comes down to:

1. Unknown food sensitivities
2. High stress levels
3. And dehydration

… And these are all fixable!

When I work with practice members, we often find that one or all of these things is throwing everything else off, and making a few small adjustments can open the floodgates for progress again.

Plus, everyone is unique…

What works for one person might not work for another.

That’s why it’s important to keep listening to your body as you go and be patient with the process.

Feeling stressed? Take the next 60 seconds to try box breathing! 🌬️✨
It’s a proven technique to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve focus.
Studies have shown that exercises like box breathing can activate your “rest & digest” parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you relax and lowers anxiety.
Here’s how to do it 👇
1️⃣ Inhale — Slowly inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
2️⃣ Hold — Hold your breath for a count of 4.
3️⃣ Exhale — Slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of 4.
4️⃣ Hold — Hold your breath again for a count of 4.
Repeat this cycle 4-5 times and feel the tension melt away. This is such a quick and effective way to bring a sense of calm to your day! 🧘‍♂️

Did you know there’s science behind this?! 🤔
A study by the National Institutes of Health found a link between positive self-talk and better well-being, lower stress, and increased resilience.
👉 The only problem is, we’re usually our own worst critics.
So many of us pick at our appearance…
Beat ourselves up when we make mistakes…
And we doubt our abilities and our worth.
Still, our bodies hear everything our mind says!
Just because you don’t say it out loud doesn’t mean it doesn’t count…
So today, choose to be kind to yourself 🙌

You might not see it in this photo, all that it takes for those flower to rise and thrive above the surface of the water but you can see the strength and beauty that comes with achieving that accomplishment.
