After a year of deep reflection and hard transitions, I am more clear than ever about the heart and soul of this community. The Abundant Sisterhood is more than a retreat. It’s a space for women to come together, find healing, and step into their power.

This next chapter is about honoring where we’ve been while boldly moving toward where we’re going.

I’m reimagining how we show up as a Sisterhood—what it looks like to not only create retreats but to expand the ways we empower and support one another.

This year, I didn’t have it all together. I didn’t have the perfect plan, or all the answers. But I had you.

The Abundant Sisterhood is built on the idea that women thrive when we come together, especially in our most vulnerable moments. This year, that truth became my anchor.

As I juggled the hardest year of my life—navigating a dissolved union, becoming a single mom, and trying to hold space for others when I felt empty—you showed up.

To the women who carried pieces of the planning process when I couldn’t: thank you.

To those who held my hand, shared your wisdom, and reminded me why this Sisterhood matters: I see you.

To the women who chose to step away this year, your contributions still shaped this space, and I honor the impact you’ve had.

And to those who stayed, who gave me grace even when I was not at my best, you are the reason this retreat happened. You are the reason this Sisterhood exists.

Sisterhood isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being present. It’s about showing up when things are messy, holding space for each other, and choosing to see the light even when the path feels unclear.

This year reminded me why The Abundant Sisterhood is more than a retreat—it’s a lifeline, a movement, a community. Thank you for lifting me up, for helping me hold safe space, and for reminding me what’s possible when women come together.

This year stretched me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Transitions are never easy, but they bring the gift of clarity.

2023 and 2024 have been some of the hardest years of my life. My marriage dissolved, and I began navigating a new life as a single mom. At times, it felt like the ground beneath me was shifting constantly. I felt paralyzed... afraid to make the wrong move.

In the midst of it all, I wasn’t always the best steward for The Abundant Sisterhood. There were moments when I felt lost and unsure of how to move forward. Yet even in my chaos, I found grace.

Grace from the women who held my hand when I faltered. Grace from those who reminded me why this community exists: to lift one another up, even in our hardest moments. Grace in some of the hardest moments.

This time of transition has also brought clarity. Clarity that even through challenges, this Sisterhood is my calling. And clarity that growth is never perfect or easy, but always worth it.

As I step forward into this new chapter, I carry gratitude for every woman who has walked alongside me—those who chose to stay and those who chose to move on. You’ve all shaped what The Abundant Sisterhood is today.

Growth may not be graceful, but it is powerful. I’m here, and I’m ready to move forward with you. 💛🌿

✨Only 38 days remaining until we all gather together in sisterhood for the Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox 2024 Retreat!

Time has flown by and we couldn’t be more excited to share what we have planned!

I know there have been questions surrounding details of the retreat. At the end of this month, we plan to open our event’s private group on Facebook for those who have paid in full for their ticket. If you haven’t paid in full yet, no worries! We will add you as you complete your payments.

In our private group, we will share details about workshops, what to expect and suggested packing lists. We usually use that space to start interacting and getting to know each other, including your leadership tea and workshop hosts. We also usually have a live Q&A closer to time.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out! We look forward to sharing space with you very soon!

Many have asked, “What is this year’s color for opening ceremony?”

We decided pretty early on that green would be our color. As we plan and everything has started falling into place, it definitely fits the vibe.

What does this mean? When you come to opening ceremony the first night of the Autumn Equinox Retreat, wear anything that you feel comfortable in. That can be a dress, a robe, a pant suit, a tutu, a swimsuit, etc.

As a domestic violence survivor and a woman who has experienced sexual abuse in both childhood and adulthood, I deeply understand the complexities of safe touch. My goal is to guide you thru a beautiful session of touch to drain lymphatic fluid to flush toxins as well as reestablish safety in your own body and help you find your voice to ask for the touch you desire.

Goddess Feast is one of the highlights of the weekend during our Autumn Equinox Retreat!

What’s better than dressing up like the goddess you feel you are inside? Letting her free to express herself however she manifests. Dreaming up the perfect outfit to bring her forward. How does her hair look? What about makeup?

Well…we have so many sisters willing to help with it all! There are usually a few hair experts, makeup experts, and some that bring some extra outfits and accessories for others to use.

The best part is….we get to get ready together. Build community and sisterhood as we adorn our sisters and love on each other. It’s like a big pamper party!

We may just be building on that concept this year with a new workshop or two. Just a hint for the magic we are planning and preparing for this year. 😉

Please know you are fully supported! Sisters love circling around our sisters with babes and offering support.

Of course, consent is priority. So, however the support looks like for you. Voice your needs.

Most sisters will fall over themselves to hold a babe while you shower, get nourishment, participate in a workshop, or just catch a nap.
