My Yoga Story

I couldn’t believe how much I loved yoga.

It came to me when I needed a less inflammatory way of staying fit—my career as a singer/dancer certainly wasn’t doing an old knee injury any favors (or the new injuries, for that matter). Traditional gym workouts just weren’t working for me.
