So often, the struggles we face aren’t really about habits, food, body, or even relationships — they’re about something deeper. 🌿

At the root of it all, for so many women, is a lack of self-trust. And once that shifts? Everything else starts to fall into place with more ease. ✨

That’s exactly why I'm creating the Intuitive Living Collective, a new space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and finally trust yourself again.

The big reveal (drum roll please!) 🥁

If you’ve ever looked around at your life and thought, "I should have figured this out by now" — you're not alone. You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books, made gratitude lists, explored your birth chart, tried yoga, and maybe even have a self-care practice. And still, something feels off.

That quiet, persistent inner voice is still asking:
Why do I keep struggling with the same things?
Why can’t life be easy, like it is for other people?
What’s wrong with me?

I’ve created a new kind of space just for you. Check out my latest blog post for more information! Link in Bio 🔗

I’ve been quietly working on something behind the scenes… Something that feels equal parts deeply personal and beautifully collective.

I’ll be sharing more soon, but if you just sensed an inner “yes!” keep an eye out.

This is going to be different. And I think you’re going to love it.

☀️ Don’t let the summer pass you by without taking time out for yourself!

Do any of these sound familiar?
💬 "I know all the things I should be doing to take care of myself… but I don’t do them—and I don’t know why."
💬 "I start out with good intentions around food, but then end up eating things that don’t make me feel great."
💬 "I push hard to get everything done… and then I’m like, ‘I need a treat!’"
💬 "I know I should be exercising, but something always gets in the way."
💬 "Honestly, I think I’m my own worst enemy."

You’re not alone—and there’s nothing wrong with you.

🌀 These patterns often come from overload, disconnect, and the pressure to keep performing while ignoring what your body and mind are really asking for.

That’s why we created the Finding Balance Retreat—a gentle, one-day reset 🌿
✨ A place to get quiet enough to actually hear yourself
✨ A place to explore the habits and thoughts that drive you, without judgment
✨ A place to move, rest, eat well, breathe deeply, and leave feeling like yourself again

You'll experience:
🧘‍♀️ A beginner-friendly yoga session
🥗 A nourishing homemade meal with guided eating awareness practice
🌳 Outdoor time to relax, wander, or swim
🛏 A deeply restorative guided meditation (Yoga Nidra)
💬 Optional conversations on building self-trust, nervous system regulation, and sleep

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Give yourself one day to pause, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Ever find yourself thinking: “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I…”
Stick to this diet?
Go to the gym?
Stop eating sweets?

The answer: Nothing is wrong with you! You're just human.

There’s always a reason behind what we do (or don’t do).

When we think there’s something wrong, it leads to defeat – but when we get CURIOUS, we get inspired!

Try asking yourself two questions:
1️⃣ How important is this change to me? (Rate 1-10)
2️⃣ How confident am I that I can make it happen? (Rate 1-10)

Discover the real reasons behind your habits. With curiosity comes clarity about the best next step.

Meeting your goal isn’t going to solve your problems.

We’ve been taught by capitalism that there is a perfect solution to fix ourselves - we just have to find it, buy it, and do all the steps diligently.

And the fine print that we’ve internalized is that if we fail, it's our fault.

If you haven’t reached the idyllic place where goals are achieved and life is full of sunshine and roses, it’s not because something is wrong with you. It simply doesn’t exist.

Life isn’t meant to be a smooth, linear ride. Change isn’t about reaching some final destination where everything is flawless.

Life is about learning. Change is a journey of taking one step at a time, practicing new things, reflecting on what’s going well and what you’re still working on.

The beauty of accepting that things will likely be challenging, that we won’t get it right on the first try, is that we can focus on being curious and learning.

We don’t need to "arrive" or be “cured” because we are right where we need to be on our learning journey of life. The challenge is to accept ourselves unconditionally, then we become unshakable in the face of whatever comes our way.

This mindset shift helps us build resilience and self-trust. We are stronger, more confident, and willing to take risks when we trust that we have our own backs no matter what life throws at us.

Adults always answer the question “when do you have the most energy?” with a time of the day that they feel most alert (most often it’s mid morning).

A homeschooled teen recently answered the question by saying: “when I get outside, when I’m doing things that really excite me, when I sleep well”

This really struck me and made me wonder why the teen’s answer was so different from what I usually get from adults.

At first I thought it was probably the age, but then I thought back to myself in high school, and other teens I’ve worked with, and there was always a drudging out of bed to get to school on time and then that after school slump before rallying to do other activities and homework at the end of the day.

So I think it boils down to our societal structures (school and work primarily) and how we are taught to adjust ourselves to the schedules, which this homeschooled teenager is free from at this point in her life!

The compromising of our own natural rhythms, desires and needs creates backlash of behaviors like revenge bedtime, reward eating, and numbing out (to name a few) that we judge ourselves for and think we need to fix. The behaviors, the low energy, the self-criticism is a symptom of something bigger and more systemic.

No, we can't just quit our jobs and create our ideal schedule, but we can start meeting ourselves differently inside the structure of our lives and improve our experience of living. We can start to choose how we want to be inside the structures rather than having the structures dictate who we need to be.

Stuck in planning mode and not taking action? Maybe the plans are the problem.

For many of us who have been on the dieting roller coaster most of our lives, we are all too familiar with getting excited about the next diet plan and how it will have miraculous results, only to get stuck in our old eating habits the next day and feel like a failure.

So we stop trying because we are afraid of failing, afraid that it won’t work, again.
And we beat ourselves up for not being disciplined enough.

But guess what - we are not the problem. The diet plans are the problem!
They keep us on the roller coaster because they are fundamentally flawed - they divorce us from our body and create restriction that leads to rebellion, and then guilt, which fuels the cycle because we think we’re flawed and need a plan...

There’s a different way to approach the discomfort in our body and our desire to be healthy.

It’s not following a plan, but taking actions that help us become more in touch with our bodies and build confidence in making food choices that are right for us.
