My newest addition and sleep method along with my dōTERRA essential oils of course but trust me for anyone that is questioning or skeptical of Cristal’s they work amazingly my life has changed so much since using Cristal’s in my daily routine. Every night I sleep with these two Cristal’s and yes I hold them in my hands till I drift off to 😴💤

Tried a few drops of dōTERRA lavender on my grand kitten’s collar it would probably work better for adult cats but will see how she does at bedtime tonight. She did Seem to love the smell and we love the smell on her

Rice water with essential oils. I have been using rice water lately in my hair washing routine to help with strengthening and growth. So I thought why not try a spray in remedy using rice water and 10 drops each of dōTERRA rosemary and lavender essential oil to help keep my hair healthy and strong.
