My newest addition and sleep method along with my dōTERRA essential oils of course but trust me for anyone that is questioning or skeptical of Cristal’s they work amazingly my life has changed so much since using Cristal’s in my daily routine. Every night I sleep with these two Cristal’s and yes I hold them in my hands till I drift off to 😴💤
Smokey quarts= serenity and calmness
Charoite= Eases aches and pains together they are amazing
