Meet our newest supervisor, Noelle Barajas! Noelle is a neonatal, infant, and pediatric speech-language pathologist, specializing in early communication delays and complex feeding and swallowing disorders. She practices in both the outpatient setting at Kidspeak and the acute care setting at one of the region’s largest children’s hospitals and trauma centers. She also contributes as a guest speaker in classes focused on early parent education.

With an unconventional path into the field, Noelle brings a depth of perspective that informs her clinical work. She believes speech-language pathology is enriched by the diversity of its members, and she is committed to grounding care in evidence-based practice while honoring each child’s unique story and lived experience.

Noelle received her Master’s degree from San Diego State University in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters…and drinking lots of coffee to keep up with said husband and two young daughters!
