✨This is your yearly reminder to get your cough syrup fermenting. It lasts the whole year!

Honey and garlic are a powerhouse duo with powerful benefits!
🌿 Antiviral – Help fight viruses

Here's how to make your own:
🧄 Fill a mason jar 1/3 of the way with peeled garlic cloves.
🍯 Top with organic, raw, unpasteurized honey, leaving a little space at the top.
🫙 Seal the glass jar with a lid.
✨Let it sit in a cupboard for about 3 weeks.
✨Give it a gentle shake once every few days to mix things up.
🍯Store the syrup in a clean, glass jar in the cupboard. This does NOT need to be refrigerated.

How to use:
Take 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily when you feel something coming on.

Today, I prepared garlic infused with organic, raw, unpasteurized honey. I call this “Nature’s Antibiotic”. This is perfect for cold and flu season.
This will ferment for 4 weeks in a dry and dark place in my cupboard. It stores for up to a year. ✨
Once this is fermented, take a tablespoon and eat a garlic or two a day. Cheers to our health!❤️
