Chocolate Coconut Date Spread 🍫🥥

I’ve been putting this 💥 on everything lately. Toast, waffles, bananas, muffins, swirled into oatmeal… or honestly, straight off the knife.

Ingredients
15 soft pitted Medjool dates (soaked in warm water for 5-10 min if needed)
4 Tbsp full-fat canned coconut cream (from the top of the can)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
Date soaking water or milk, as needed to thin

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of soaking water or milk to reach your desired consistency.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
