As a natural caregiver, I love providing support and encouragement during labor. Not only am I there for mom, but also to help dad feel more at ease. Studies show that with a doula present, partners tend to stay more involved.

Mamas, tell us how your partner helped you during labor. I’ll go first, Tanner was such an amazing help to me. Our last experience as just the two of us is one I’ll never forget. He was ready to help between my contractions armed with a cold rag and a sip of Sprite. ♥️
