✨ Yesterday, our team at A Sound Mind and Body had the privilege of participating in the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention’s Out of the Darkness Walk in Nashville, TN. 💙💛

We are deeply grateful to have walked alongside so many individuals, families, and organizations united by a common purpose: raising awareness, breaking the stigma, honoring loved ones, and supporting one another in the journey toward hope and healing.

Seeing the community come together—from the first steps at the start line, stretching all the way to the Parthenon—was truly powerful and inspiring.
