It was a productive week at the Tennessee Health Care Association/Tennessee Center for Assisted Living Annual Legislative Conference in Nashville. Alongside our Tennessee Regional Vice President Melissa Greco, we had the opportunity to meet with State Representative Dan Howell, State Representative Tandy Darby, and Senator John Stevens to discuss the issues impacting long term care across our state.

These conversations focused on protecting access to care, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and maintaining strong Medicaid support so nursing centers can continue serving communities across Tennessee. We are grateful for leaders like Melissa who ensure the voices of our residents, families, and caregivers are heard at the Capitol.

Thank you to the Tennessee Health Care Association for hosting another excellent conference and creating meaningful opportunities for providers and lawmakers to connect.

The torch has been passed and the momentum is strong. Our Ready. Set. GOLD! Leadership Summit brought Diversicare leaders together for a week of inspiration, connection, and meaningful conversations about what it means to lead at the gold standard. 🏆
