Ooh--This will be a tough one for some of us. I don't want to do it alone! I challenge Cheri Chester Snipes and all our co-workers at Elk Haven Wellness Center AND the Restaurant committee of the Brevard Blue Zones Project to join me in learning how to get more and better sleep this November.
NOVEMBER SLEEP CHALLENGE: Centenarians in the blue zones of the world sleep at least 8 hours every night and have daily routines to help them downshift. In November, join the Blue Zones in the SLEEP CHALLENGE - challenge yourself to get at least 7 hours of slumber each night by avoiding late meals, turning off your phone, maintaining a consistent bedtime, and creating an environment that is conducive to sleep. Aim for being “in the green” in the sleep tracker for 21 days. Good luck, and good night! Track 21 days of 30 days. REGISTER now to participate:
