Here, a client was complaining of feeling stuck in the lats/pecs. Our main focus was the lats/obliques/pecs, doing specific motions/techniques to help release that fascia that may be stuck and restricting his performance and stop that "pulling" feeling. After the session, he had overall better range of motion and feeling his best again. 💪

A new client of mine told me she went from taking 3k mg of tylenol twice a day TO NONE. Yes, you read that right. Zero! She's relied on pain relievers for years and since her first session with me she hasn't felt the need to take any type of pain reliever medication!! IF THAT ISNT A WIN!!!!😎👉

A pretty cool thing about massage therapy that maybe you didnt know. Here, we have a mobile client who has diabetes. We started her massage at 12:30, look at that drop at her blood sugar levels during and after the massage! This is living proof that massage therapy is so much more than a luxury. Stress hormomes raise blood sugar while massage therapy calms the body and the nervous system, which helps stabilize levels. This is SO important to our health. The more you know!!🤓
