April was , and we closed it out by having the privilege of connecting with our community while highlighting our Chronic Illness Program.

Through open conversations, we explored the impact stress can have on overall health and more importantly, shared practical techniques to help manage it.

April wasn’t just about learning; it was about growth. Together, we created space to decompress, reflect, and take small but powerful steps forward. From discussion to hands-on activities like planting, our attendees left with more than information - they left with intention, renewal, and something beautiful to nurture.
