Joy filled our Journey’s Memory Care Community as Diane and Rosa—one of our resident’s dedicated family members joined us for a lively dance moment. Rosa’s involvement added something truly special, reminding us how meaningful it is when families take part in their loved one’s daily experiences.

This is exactly what our program is built on: creating opportunities for engagement, connection, and purposeful moments that honor each resident’s individuality.
