Gateway Wellness Center's Abuse Intervention Program aims to reduce offender recidivism, protect survivors, and prevent the likelihood of abuse.

The Abuse Intervention Team has experienced significant successes in recent months. With the launch of the program's group in January and it's continued to growth, the team has observed the group participants' willingness to grow, learn, and, for some, make lasting changes in their lives. Our Recovering Hope and Wellness Team has been on the move! This month, we hosted resource tables at the Autism Walk and Millville High School’s Mental Health Fair, facilitated peer support groups, joined the Mental Wellness Scavenger Hunt in Salem, and had a great time connecting with the community at the Gateway Wellness Fair. Every conversation, every event, every shared moment—it's all part of breaking stigma and building hope.
