Our final performer for this years show: Stephanie!

She goes by Lola Bunny! She is all about embracing her feminine side when she is not working as a general contractor. This women is self made. A female business owner and entrepreneur when she is not on the pole.

She started taking pole classes a few years ago in Portland , Oregon. She lived in Portland all her life up untell This last year when she moved to St.Louis to embark on a new path in her life. She follows her dreams and makes them a reality. Her story is motivating to say the least.

Being on the pole exhilarates her and brings out the sexiness she exerts. When she is on the pole she forgets her worries of the day and Chanells herself into pole dancing. Being able to work her body and mind while enjoying it. This is something she never had tell she got on a pole.

Pole has helped transform herself mentally and physically. Thru her pole journey she has found a confidence in herself she never had before. She now has a confidence on and off the pole that shines from the way she walks in a room before she even says a word.

This is her first performance and won’t be her last. She is passionate and committed to pole just as much as she is to the ones she loves. Once she is in, she is all in. She will do what ever it takes.

This women as I said is self made and one of a kind. I don’t need to say anymore. Just see for yourself.

It's getting closer to the show! Introducing our lovely Angel!

When asked about her pole journey, here is what she had to say:
I joined free flow a year ago to gain strength and body confidence. From the first class, i was hooked. I am so grateful to free flow and the strength, confidence, and community it has given me.

May we introduce you to one of Free Flow’s fearless leaders - Madame Mayhem! You may also know her as the fitness beast Adrianne Martin on her personal account

Adrianne Martin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that co-owns a pole fitness studio: Free Flow Fitness. Adrianne started her pole journey in 2015 while working a crisis hotline. She had been training with personal trainers and at gyms off and on for nearly a decade when she found her love for pole fitness. It became her therapy and when the studio was about to shut down, she created a plan to save it so that other women could find themselves on their journeys to fitness and self love. Adrianne took hold of the studio in April 2016 and has been reshaping the minds and bodies of students ever since.

Since then, she has become a certified personal trainer, a glute specialist, and an Expressive Movement Facilitator, and will be training in pilates this winter. She plans on bringing more healing services through the mind and body in 2025. Stay tuned!

Jumping back into our cast for this weekend, we have Gabrielle!

Gab started pole two and a half years ago, thinking she would just try for a summer, but fell in love with it. She loves that pole is a way to reconnect with her dance background while strength training and building community. She chose free flow for the inclusive and supportive instructors. Gab joined free flow when she moved to St. Louis over a year ago, and this is now her second Halloween Havoc!

Electra started her pole journey right here at Freeflow in winter 2022. After a couple of classes she realized how fun pole is and how sexy it made her feel. That following spring she took the giant leap of performing in Free flow's annual student showcase and had a fantastic time. Now, after taking a short hiatus from pole, she is back to shock and dazzle the audience at Halloween Havoc. Forgive any stiffness, she was recently brought back to life.

Clarissa as know as Pride n’ Pole started her pole journey in August of 2018. She is a certified pole fitness and certified twerk instructor at Free Flow Fitness where she teaches pole and twerk , twerk, heels, chair dancing classes, private lessons, and parties. She strives to help others feel the magical benefits of pole and dance fitness not only physically but mentally and spiritually in a safe space where all bodies are welcome.
