I have had many people ask me of massage “if I want to get the most relief within a shorter session what should I do”. I often suggest reflexology, as you can affect the most areas of your body in the minimal time. Reflexology is the practice of using specific points on the feet, hands and even ears, to affect corresponding organs/areas of the body typically inaccessible with traditional massage. Many of my clients who suffer from various digestive/respiratory ailments have noted feeling a difference after one or more sessions, and I as the therapist can detect the areas of tension/backup in the related areas during sessions, with confirmation from the client of related issues they have been dealing with.
