or heel pain? Prioritize stretching and rest over impact (supportive footwear doesn’t hurt either!)

Here’s how and why:

➡️ Stretching: Regularly stretch your calves, Achilles tendon, and the bottom of your foot to alleviate tension on the plantar fascia. Simple exercises like toe stretches and calf stretches can help.

➡️ Supportive footwear: Invest in shoes with good arch support and cushioning to reduce strain on your feet. Avoid going barefoot or wearing unsupportive shoes, especially on hard surfaces.

➡️ Rest and ice: Give your feet time to rest and recover by avoiding activities that exacerbate the pain. Applying ice to the affected area several times a day can help reduce inflammation and discomfort.
