“Tune in to your heart”

This message literally just dropped on the top of my head when I was putting a backpack away above me.

I felt something hit me, but had no idea what.

So when I found this on the floor beside me- it was this cutest memento that I don’t even recall from whom or where I received this.

Upon closer inspection it was a writing instrument ✍️ that had a crown on top! 👑

I then see words.

At first I couldn’t make out what it said- it was upside down! 🤦‍♀️

I turn it “write” side up (get it? 🤣)
to finally read the message.

Tune in to your heart.

Funny how the Universe finds whatever way possible to speak to us.

Prior to that, I was meditating.

So I was tuned in.

But the real message for me was accessing that part (tune in to your ❤️) utilizing the writing instrument! ✍️

Why did the verbiage “writing instrument” keep wanting to be expressed?

It is an art that can create beautiful “music” 🎼

Accessing the way of the heart to hear & translate through pen to paper.

It’s been a long while since I wrote regularly for a publication. Since the pandemic actually.

But there were years since the energy was allocated to moving & starting anew.

Now, I’ve been in a dreaming stage of creating a writing space. The time is fertile. 🌱

As well as preparing the space, taking actions, knowing to build is step-by-step.

And just last night I was inspired by a gorgeous new home that had a writing desk & library in Beverly Hills.

Yes!! 💯

The Universe speaks volumes if we listen.

I am so excited to facilitate another Creativity Journal Workshop coming up on Sunday! 💖

Recently a colleague posted about something she’s noticed within herself that was very much a shared experience I resonated within myself too.

This is what I replied. Let me know if you have felt this way too. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!!

“The word “Quickening” came to me afterwards that seemed to encompass all of that hustle, unnatural rhythm & pace, uneasiness, and not able to keep up.

I wasn’t sure what that meant & looked it up & now makes so much more sense.

Quicken:
verb (used with object)

1. to make more rapid; accelerate; hasten: She quickened her pace.

2. to give or restore vigor or activity to; stir up, rouse, or stimulate: to quicken the imagination.

3. to revive; restore life to:
The spring rains quickened the earth.

verb (used without object)

1. to become more active, sensitive, etc.: This drug causes the pulse to quicken.

2. to become alive; receive life.

3. (of the mother) to enter that stage of pregnancy in which the fetus gives indications of life.

4. (of a fetus in the womb) to begin to manifest signs of life.

If THAT is what we are experiencing, how that perspective shifts into a more positive experience; albeit, definitely uncomfortable! And with this, how might that now inform the next steps or actions in one’s life or community.

How does this feel?

All that you mentioned, I had similar feelings (of being behind, fast paced, etc) & wondered what all of this was about & what changes I needed to make. If it wasn’t for your post, that intuitive hit of that word Quickening would not have came through. So, thank you 🙏”

Every time I open certain social media accounts, it’s really hard to stay long being such a sensitive soul…..I feel everyone’s pain, suffering, and fears. You may feel it too.

So, I want to focus more on the sunshine moments when I am here. We all need them.

Today I received this hand made card from an out of state client thanking me for something that brought joy to her life.

It brought a wave of kindness, compassion, community, connection, and a remembrance of what kind of life I want to live & be a part of.

Yes to more of that!

In what ways can we each bring a little joy to someone’s day?

How these rays of sunshine moments can warm our hearts and bring light into the dark.

We can only move forward to brighter days when we see one another and lift each other up.

This in no means is bypassing those hurts, sufferings, or injustices. I truly get it. I see you. I am here for you- please reach out if you need to talk. And, there are others’ strengths & purpose to change the world through other means.

But, in my purpose, what I am here for in this life, is to bring freshness & beauty (per Gene Keys Purpose Sphere) to the world. And remind you of this (especially at times when life feels stuck or hopeless).

My life’s work is a changer through the gift of guidance & siddhi of virtue.

Wondering if anything has landed for you in terms of a MANTRA or Guiding WORD of the year?

Last year I leaned into this with an open inquiry & it didn’t reveal itself until I was facilitating a Vision Quest workshop in the beginning of February 2024.

This time, the energy, feeling & word for 2025 came rushing in last month & felt soooo good. Yes to ‘UNFURL’. It will definitely be a year I look forward to playing with.

Over the years I’ve worked with Foundation, Home, Cultivate, Peace, Love, and more.

I wonder, what is the energy & feeling that speaks to you & your soul for 2025?

There will always be a theme or a word that comes through regardless. Do you choose to be the one deciding that for yourself?
