9:30am: Gentle Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is an invigorating practice that involves synchronizing the breath with a series of postures – a process producing intense internal heat and purifying sweat, that detoxifies muscles and organs. Students will be guided through the initial poses of the primary series. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. You will develop increased stamina, strength and endurance.
Gentle Yoga slows everything down, giving students time to deeply connect with their bodies, stretch and breath away tension. Students are left feeling more at ease, softer, and more comfortable. This is a great beginner class or perfect stretch for anyone looking to balance out weight training or Vinyasa practices.
