Doula Prana I believe in community and the power of collective energy. Gathering together with intention to practice yoga holds the ability to evoke positivity &joy.

After giving birth to my son naturally and in my home I have seen the importance of consistent, loving encouragement, and support. I have also witnessed the great power of a woman and her ability to ebb and flow with the tides of birth. I am training to become a fully certified Doula, until then there is no charge for my services. I provide:
two prenatal visits to discuss parent's desires and preparation for birth
Assistance in creating a birth plan
Phone support as needed during pregnancy and immediate postpartum
Labor support during labor at home or at hospital as needed
Emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and birth
