Now — exactly 2 months later, I’m finally getting back to my routine and feeling like myself again . . . And it feels soo good! 🤍

Today, we start building our circuit! So, I’ve added a new move for you - lunges - and we’ll do our push-ups again from yesterday. Remember to do what you can. If you only have a minute today, cut each move to 30 seconds.

If you’re struggling to push through the push-ups on your toes, drop to your knees. Modifying is always better than quitting!

Here is a festive recipe that is perfect for your Fitmas Fun activity today!

Holiday Spice & Everything Nice Popcorn 🍿

Ingredients:
3 cups air-popped popcorn
1 tsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil, melted
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Preparation:
1. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
2. Drizzle with oil; mix well.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.

Servings: 6 (½ cup each)

Make sure your shoulders are directly above your wrists and your hands are slightly turned out at 45 degrees! There are no bonus points for staying on your toes; modify by lowering your knees + using a power loop around your arms to support your form.

We are going to be counting down to Christmas with fitness circuits, tasty holiday treats, and lots of fun.

Each day, I’ll give you a new 1 minute move to add onto the circuit + a daily check-in for connection and accountability! The workouts are equipment free - just you, a safe space to move + maybe a towel to wipe off the sweat after you SLEIGH each day of the challenges! 💪💦
Add up the exercises each day and end with a 12 minute workout on Christmas Eve!

Love the flavor of s’mores in the fall, but not the way you feel after all those chocolate and marshmallow goodies?

You deserve to feel good & that’s where this S’mores Shake recipe comes in.
It captures all the delicious flavors AND you can drink one every day if you want!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup ice
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
2 tsp. ground whole-wheat graham cracker crumbs
Marshmallow fluff (optional topping)

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Place almond milk, ice, extract, Shakeology, and 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs in blender; cover.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour into a serving glass and garnish with remaining 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs and 1 scoop of optional fluff topping
4️⃣ Serve immediately.

Get all your fall feels (without all the sugar) with this Dirty Vanilla Chai Latte 🍁

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brewed black coffee, chilled
1 cup ice
1 scoop Vanilla Chai Shakeology
1 dash cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place coffee, ice, Vanilla Chai, and cinnamon in
a blender; cover.
2. Blend until smooth; pour into a glass.
3. Serve immediately.

You’re going to love this chicken, apple, and sweet potato salad! Give it a try! ⬇️

INGREDIENTS
6 Tbsp. / 45 ml balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. stoneground mustard
1 Tbsp. raw honey
6½ tsp. olive oil, divided use
8 oz. raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced
1 medium sweet potato, peeled, sliced
1 medium apple, peeled, cored, sliced
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Nonstick cooking spray
1 head green leaf lettuce, torn or chopped
2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. unsalted pecan pieces, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425° F (220°C).
2️⃣ Combine vinegar, mustard, and honey in a medium bowl; whisk to blend.
3️⃣ Slowly add 6 tsp. oil, whisking continuously until blended.
4️⃣ Place one third vinegar mixture in resealable bag. Add chicken; mix well. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours. Set aside remaining vinegar mixture for salad dressing.
5️⃣ While chicken is marinating, combine sweet potato, apple, cinnamon, and remaining ½ tsp. oil in a medium bowl; toss to blend. Place on baking sheet lightly coated with spray. Bake for 10 minutes, turn, bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Set aside to cool.
6️⃣ Remove chicken from marinade; discard used marinade.
7️⃣ Place chicken on baking sheet lightly coated with spray. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Set aside to cool.
8️⃣ Combine lettuce, sweet potato mixture, chicken, cheese, and pecans; toss gently to blend.
9️⃣ Drizzle with remaining dressing; toss gently to blend.

The truth is, you don’t need to wait until the beginning of a brand new month or calendar year to ‘start fresh’ with your health and fitness habits.

Here are some simple tips for creating small, healthy habits starting today:

1. Be realistic about what you can achieve in a week or month (or whatever time frame is appropriate for your habit).
For example, rather than trying to run a mile every day, try walking around the block once per day. Once that becomes easy and doesn't feel like a big task anymore, you can make it two blocks. By continuing this pattern of starting small and slowly progressing, you’ll be more likely to reach your goals.

2. Recognize that building a new habit takes time.
You can't expect yourself to suddenly change everything overnight; this will only lead to frustration and disappointment when you don't succeed right away.
Instead, focus on small changes—things like drinking more water each day or taking the stairs instead of the elevator—and watch them grow into larger ones over time!

3. Make your healthy habits obvious: If the healthy habit you’d like to create is too subtle or hidden, it can be hard to remember to do.
Try putting some kind of visual cue by the area where you'll be doing the habit. For example, if you want to read more, put a book on your nightstand so that it'll be right there when you need it.

Obstacles inevitably will come across our lives and sometimes we may not know how to overcome them.

Here are some tips to help you turn your obstacles into learning experiences!

1️⃣ Acknowledge the obstacle that stopped you in your tracks, but don't dwell on it.

2️⃣ Think about what you can do next time to overcome a similar obstacle.

3️⃣ Put the lessons you've learned into practice. This one is key! Put those lessons into practice by taking action in the future so you can avoid that obstacle again!

Mastering this can help you grow and become a better version of you!
Remember, obstacles are stepping stones that not only teach you about yourself but also help you to become successful.
