Westchester Hyperbaric Medicine & Wound Care Westchester Hyperbaric Medicine & Wound Care (WHMWC) The practice was initiated in 1993 at St.

Agnes Hospital in White Plains, New York to serve the local community's need for the medical specialty of Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. The hyperbaric Medicine practice and center was the only one of its kind in westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties. Since August 2004 the practice is based out of Sleepy Hollow, New York. The board certified team of WHMWC oversees the day to day operation of the center from patient care and treatment oversight, to chamber and equiptment maintanance. The facility houses the largest clinical hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the Northeastern United States, 28ft long and 9ft in diameter, and capable of treating 12 patients at once. Additionally, the team members work side by side inside the chamber with the patients during treatments.
