We went on a last minute weekend trip recently ➡️ and by last minute I mean the decision was made and within 4 hours we were in the car. 🚙

Loading up our supplements and planning ahead for the what ifs typically takes me longer to pack than clothing for the fam. 🥴

I poured this jar of coll. silver on the way out the door and we were off.

Did you know Tylenol was created based on a plant?

Yep, White Willow Bark --> it has salicin in it, which is where aspirin came from.

Known as "nature's tylenol".

It has been around thousands of years and used by ancient civilzations, such as the Egyptians, for headaches, arthritis, migraines, muscle pain, inflammation, menstrual discomfort, digestive issues, and fevers.

Unlike acetaminophen (which uses brain signals to dull pain but not address the underlying cause), it has been shown to target inflammation at its source, supporting the body with chronic pain conditions.

There are others as well that can help, but this is my favorite for adults.
