Last night I worked on an 8 yr old little boy who has already been through some major traumas in his short life. He was adopted by a wonderful family a couple years ago and they have been doing everything possible to help him heal from these traumas.
I love to work on children at night so they can sleep deeply and process as needed. I text the mom this morning and warned her that he may sleep in or be more tired today due to the release. Remember, our bodies heal when we sleep! That’s why rest/sleep is so important!
I received this text around 8:45 from the mom. These are the messages that touch my heart and make me tear up! 🙌🏼💙

Let's talk parasites! I've had several clients ask me recently what I'd recommend for a parasite cleanse. Over the last few weeks, I've been doing a 60-day parasite cleanse of my own. I won't go into the specifics, but what I can say is I'm astounded by the results (the good, bad, and the ugly). Hey everyone!! Happy September and welcome to the start of the Fall season, aka the "lung season"! This is the time of year when we want to give a little extra love and support to our lungs. How do we do that other than our deep breathing exercises? Your lungs and liver have a very special connection. When the lungs are affected, so is the liver and vice versa. I especially enjoy a quick 24 hr. detox that will help flush that liver, thus positively affecting your lungs!

24 - Hour Liver Flush

NO OTHER FOOD - JUST WHAT IS LISTED BELOW

6:00 am - Drink 1 quart distilled water

7:00 am - Drink as much unfiltered APPLE JUICE as desired

12:00 - Noon - No more fluids except distilled water

Note- if you have low blood sugar issue drink more apple juice

5:00 pm - Dissolve 2 TBS Epsom Salts in 1 Quart distilled water and drink.
OR
Dissolve 2 TBL Epsom Salts in 1 cup of water and drink. Follow with 3/4 Quart of distilled water (drink cold & with a straw if needed to overcome the Bitter taste that Epsom salts can have ).

9:00 pm - Mix 4 oz. fresh lemon juice + 4 oz. Virgin Olive oil + 3/4 c Grapefruit Juice (fresh). Place in a jar with lid and shake enough to blend (about 5 seconds). Drink quickly while standing. (this step is performed just before lying down to sleep)
** Lie on Right side to sleep and prop pillow behind back as to retain position. (minimum of 20 minutes before getting up or moving around if possible)

** Upon rising next morning - REPEAT Epsom salt step ONLY and elimination of stones and further toxins will occur.

Note- after ingesting Epsom Salt the bowel will release so you will want to be near a toilet for a couple hours or so depending on your body.

Some individuals then support the body for an additional 1- 2 months with “stone breaker” botanicals (herbs). Stone breaker herbs are historically known to dissolve or discharge calcifications/stones from the system. My favorite herbs for this are Chanca Peidra, Gravel Root, Cleavers , Hydrangea, and Stone Root.

Last week I began helping a lady who struggled with hand tremors. After our first session the tremors seemed to settle in the hand area, but not the fingers. Yesterday morning at 9 a.m. we had our second session. A little after 4 pm last night, she sent me a beautiful message.

"Unreal....I baked brownies and I carried water to the bowl without spilling a drop. My penmanship no longer looks like a 90 year old. I feel calm and peaceful. Thank you!"

Can we do this for everyone with tremors? No. But we were able to help this lady, and it meant the world to her.

Glutathione.

Recently I've had a lot of clients ask about glutathione and why it's so important. Well, glutathione is a master antioxidant! And heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, and mercury are removed from the body via glutathione. It's vital for DNA repair and replication, kidney and liver function, as well as immune function. So you can see why it's so beneficial!

As we age, our glutathione production begins to decrease and stress can cause it to deplete even faster. Supplementation can be tricky, as several factors can make it difficult to uptake in the body.

So what do I recommend? Food! Below is a list of foods that can help to boost glutathione production! This isn't an all-inclusive list, but this is a good start. There's a time and place for quality supplementation, but quality food is almost always a better choice.

On Monday, a client asked if I could work on her dog Frankie. Frankie had been found as a stray at 6 weeks old and had some anxiety. She said Frankie chewed on everything and has a "crazy eye" when she was playing and gets stressed. This is the message received on Thursday.
