So much of my work comes back to this:

You can recognize hunger, stress, and overwhelm before they take over.
You can respond instead of override.

Body connection is what allows you to trust your signals,
support your nervous system,
and move through hormonal shifts with more resilience.

It’s not always something we’re taught.
But it’s something we can rebuild
