Hey guys! This is me ready for some warmer weather 🤪

January was truly a heartbreaking and long month for us. Now we are into February with some warmer days and some sunshine and I hope you'll join me for some yoga 🙏

Tuesday evenings 5:30-6:30pm & Saturday mornings 8:30-9:30am at Anytime Fitness Mora - free for members or $10 for a guest pass

Hey friends, our old dog passed away and I am simply too heartbroken to have class in Mora at Anytime Fitness Mora tonight, so I'm canceling, hope to see you guys Saturday or next Tuesday 🙏

Additionally, for a variety of other reasons, I have to cancel my chair yoga class in Isle this week and next, so I won't see you tomorrow OR February 4th. I'll see all my chair folks after that 💙

Hi everyone! Mercy me is it cold outside 🥶

I have reluctantly decided to CANCEL my class tomorrow in Mora due to the cold (and I'm not confident our one working vehicle will start when it's -25...) - so I WON'T be at Anytime Fitness Mora at 8:30am! I was so looking forward to it too, but we will do all the fun things I had planned NEXT Saturday!

Y'all this is totally not yoga-related 🤣 (Though I do hope to see you at Anytime Fitness in Mora tonight! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️)

So we did something silly and ridiculous, and it is also bringing me a lot of joy at the same time. So while there's some sadness in our lives right now - Loki is nearing the end of his sweet doggy life, and my beautiful 101-year-old Gramma is nearing the end of hers as well - I thought I'd share the silly thing we did...

Happy Holidays everyone! 🎄
Thought I'd send out a quick class update.

I'll be at Anytime Fitness in Mora this week Tuesday evening 5:30-6:30pm (pending anything else crazy happens... recent cancellations have been due to weather one week and I hit a deer another week... ugh), AND Saturday morning 8:30-9:30am. Classes there are free if you are already a member or $10 for a guest pass for yoga.

In Isle, my Gentle Chair Yoga classes are Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am, and this Friday 12/19 10:30am will be my last all-levels class in Isle for the time being, so come see me! Chair yoga is definitely not going away though! Isle classes are $8.

NO CLASS in Isle Christmas Eve or in Mora Saturday, January 10th.

Hey everyone - we have a sweet old senior dog who is not well, and I'm going to have to cancel my class TONIGHT 11/25 in Mora at Anytime Fitness and TOMORROW 11/26 at IREC in Isle. Sorry for any inconvenience, but the old guy needs us right now 🩷
